 Nope! We're big fans, but we're not affiliated with Taylor Swift, her team, or her brand.

How do I join the Taylor Time community?

You'll need an invite code from an existing member to register. Or you can request an invite code through the link on the Taylor Time page. You'll agree to each community guideline and a code will be emailed to you after you submit your response.

Is Taylor Time free to use? 

Taylor Time is free to use but it costs $1.99 to download from Apple's App Store. The app is free on Google Play and the web browser version is free. In-app subscriptions for premium features will be launched soon.

What makes Taylor Time different from other fan platforms?

We prioritize kindness, safety, and real connection. Our community guidelines are inspired by the Girl Scout Law and focus on respect, encouragement, and anti-bullying.

We use invite codes to keep Taylor Time a safe and positive community. This helps us welcome new members gradually, avoid spam accounts, and maintain the kind, respectful vibe that makes Taylor Time so special.

We host pop-up charm bars at local markets and special events. Follow us on social media for our next appearance!

Do you sell completed bracelets online?

Yes! We offer a limited number of one-of-a-kind, pre-assembled bracelets through our online shop.

Can I request a custom bracelet?

Right now, we offer themed bundles and curated pieces, but custom requests may open in the future!

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship to the continental United States only. After testing international shipping we realized it was not sustainable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we only offer standard shipping. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

What is your return or exchange policy? 

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. 

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
